Who..?
I’m an Indian, born and brought up at a place called Alleppey in the “God’s Own Country”, Kerala. I love Art - photography, paintings, illustrations - read a lot of books, love music, food and how can i miss that, my wife Sandy..
What…?
I’m a self trained designer & web-developer, learnt and taught software ( progamming languages, databases, SQL, os, packages etc..) at NIIT, but was more interested in the creative aspects of it. Started off with photoshop and flash after my college (’98). Started my professional life at a company called “Softmate” for two years, freelanced for some time and helped a friend at a company called “T-Net Technologies”. Currently, I am leading the Creative Services Team at Ernst & Young Middle East’s Shared Services Centre at Technopark, Kerala. I’m skilled in designing user interfaces in Lotus Notes desiger, I use Dreamweaver and code using ASP. I’m good with Access & SQL Server databases and comfortable with Oracle 9i (Passed a dba exam, learning for the rest).
How?
Well, I’m so happy that finally the V2 of the site is up. This time there is more color and more features. It finally dawned upon me that its better to use a top class blogging platform instead of hand coding my own blog. Which, incidentally, gives me no excuses not to update and keep this site current. I am thankful to WordPress for this fantastic platform and Nick La for providing me a “Start” in customising the theme to fit whatever was there in my head regarding this website.
I love the sunflower. It was there in the first version of the site. And probably it will be there in all versions of my personal sites. It has cheered me up a lot of time, Its bright and warm and radiant like a perfect day. It stands for something and has got meaning to its life… I’ve been searchin for mine for quite a long time…
